The location was good, near to city center! The staff was very nice and helpful.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

We got a room with a bathtub.

Everything was nice, the parking was on-site, the room was a nice size and modern. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, cable channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The best part were the very-very nice and helpful staff. The location of the hotel was top - around 10-15 minutes walk from Sky Zone Trampoline Park Amusement Center. I really enjoyed that the venue was 15 minutes drive from the airport.

I have stayed in the deluxe apartment with a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and cable television. The hotel's location is perfect and the staff are very nice and helpful.

I got complimentary deluxe apartment in the same bedroom as an upgrade, nice gesture. A shower, hairdryers, and towels was a plus. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location short walk to the center of Graz. It also was in a characterless converted office building.

The location of Minihotel was great, just a short walk to the center. The apartment was newly furnished and very clean. Check-in and check-out were easy, thanks to the helpful host. We had a beautiful view from our window. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Minihotel for a week in Graz. The apartment was spacious with a fully furnished kitchenette, and everything felt brand new. The check-in process was efficient, with the front door and room being remotely unlocked after a phone call. The location was excellent, within walking distance of touristy areas. Plus, the beautiful view of dumpsters from the window added a unique charm, especially with the romantic ambiance created by the flashing security lights.

Brand new apartment with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The kitchenette was fully equipped and the room was incredibly clean. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the main tourist areas of the city. One more advantage was the low price we paid for such a comfortable and well-furnished room.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. First, it was a bit strange to have no doorbell at the hotel entrance and having to call the owner to unlock the door.
